SAPA Extrusions Purchases Indalex Aluminum Conduit
Indalex Aluminum Conduit, an industry leader in the production of aluminum conduit, fittings and extrusions has been purchased by SAPA Extrusions the aluminum solutions sector of Orkla ASA. This purchase merges SAPA's strategy of modernizing manufacturing facilities with Indalex's wide range of capabilities to create an enhanced product range and improved customer service.
Aetna Wire Adds ARMA-WELD CCW TYPE MC Cable to the Mix
Responding to demands from the marketplace Aetna Wire and Cable has added ARMA-WELD, continuously corrugated MC cable to their product offerings. ARMA-WELD is a self contained conduit wire system that can be used in a variety of applications including aerial, concrete, direct burial, and cable tray. The continuous welded and corrugated armor provides protection from liquids, gas and corrosive elements. It can be installed indoors or outdoors and is high impact and crush resistant.
IEC Certification Broadens FLEXTRAY's Capabilities
Cooper B-Line's Flextray wire basket systems leads the industry in safety, strength and flexibility. Many supports and accessories in the line offer tool-less application that saves time and labor and allows contractors to complete projects faster. Now that Flextray has been tested and certified to meet the IEC 61537 standard for wire basket cable management systems, its global capabilities have been expanded.
