COOPER B-LINE FIBERGLASS CABLETRAY "FA" RECEIVES ABS APPROVAL
The American Bureau of Shipping an organization that serves the public interest and the needs of their clients by promoting the security of life, property and the natural environment by verifying and developing standards for design, construction and operation maintenance has given it's approval to Cooper B-Line's "FA" type fiberglass cable tray. Having this standard is vital to industries with facilities in coastal environments.
ABS approval allows Cooper B-Line to offer the "FA" fiberglass cable tray that is both low smoke zero halogen as well as electrically continuous. In the past these were two separate types of cable tray. "FA" cable tray is ideal for use in mass transit and marine applications. Some features include a coating that makes for a resin rich, ultraviolet resistant surface, mechanically fastened and adhesively bonded rungs capable of supporting a 200 pound concentrated load along with several other advantages.
